Although we ended up winning use guys by 10 goals, theres alot of positives coming out of that game for use. swans should just should forget about that last quater and take the positives out of the first 3 quaters. Jesse White to be the next full forward superstar, hartlett had dead set no clue on him..
i like the look of smith and also that hannebery kid.
dont worry the swans wont be down the ladder for too long, thats not in the spirit of the swannies. We cfc fans no how it feels. btw fu*king glad that 13 game hoodoo is gone!! haha

Cheers mate, yeah, it feels a bit repetitive to say this, but the Swans DO have some decent youth, and the rest of the comp is starting to get to see that. I get the feeling that 09 could be like 02, where we miss the finals, and everyone tips us to fall further in '10, but we'll bounce right back up - not trying to be arrogant or anything like that, just the feeling I get.

I had a dream we beat the Pies last night. I'd forgotten about it, but now I know where this odd feeling of happiness and contentment I've had this morning has come from. It's gone now.

Well after coming out of shock( thanks to having an ex nurse for a wife )from the last quater avalanche i say, thankyou to you kind sir. Once again the swans were defeated by a Chris Judd inspired team. What a wonderfull player he is, at times players seem to stand still as if spell bound (and umpires ). In anycase lots of room for optimism at the Blues for all their supporters. Could Chris Judd be the greatest enviromental ambassador to have ever played our great game i ask ?

Unfortunately we don't have the luxury of bottoming out and blooding in the mass amount of kids like a few other clubs have done (Hawks, Saints and also Blues).

We put a couple through their paces every season, but certainly since Roos took over we are seeing it a fair bit more this season.

I like the look of a lot of them, but lets wait and see once they games under their belt and put a string of good, solid seasons together.
