after discussing with tigland we have decided the following:

the main rules say if you quote a mods PM you will be mod killed.

Blacky didn't do that.

but the Telepath PM does say do not mention what is said in the chat in the main thread however we never stipulated what would happen if that was broken.

in the spirit of the game and because the rules weren't clear cut for this type of scenario which is my fault, we will issue Blacky with his first and final warning.

and to clarify please no quoting of any PM'S in here be it from a mod or player.
