If there was any chance of a Windies fight (I could see them going swinging after Lunch if they were still 0 or 1 down) is now gone. Both Windies openers gone in quick succession, an NZ win is back on the table.
With Greaves gone I'd be surprised if Hope and Chase could bat out todayA bad collapse from the Windies but it isn't over yet with Hope and Greaves there who have batted for long periods in this series.
Very much in character for CdG.Colin de Grandhomme sinking piss in the outer with his mates is the most Colin de Grandhomme thing i've seen
Has no ego whatsoever. Would be great to have a beer with. Don't mind Wagner. Has the Darren Gough's about him in terms of giving it his all.Very much in character for CdG.
Also in character Neil Wagner in commmentary busting to be out there bowling bouncers for 40 overs.
Wagner is a good egg imo. Really interesting back story, got everything through hard work and determination.Has no ego whatsoever. Would be great to have a beer with. Don't mind Wagner. Has the Darren Gough's about him in terms of giving it his all.
Duffy getting the wicket of Chase and the record for the most wickets in a calender year by an NZ bowler.
How do you rate him?Duffy getting the wicket of Chase and the record for the most wickets in a calender year by an NZ bowler.
How do you rate him?
Thar't a somewhat underwhelming appraisal for someone who just took the most wickets for NZ in a calendar year. So he's not some sort of generational player in other words?Duffy finishing the test with a 5'fer and a 2-0 series win, a meek WI batting performance today after a good opening partnership.
I think he would have to be in the mix for our first choice test bowling line up now along with Henry, O'Rourke and Jamieson.
Duffy is 31 years old and averages 32 per wicket at FC level.Thar't a somewhat underwhelming appraisal for someone who just took the most wickets for NZ in a calendar year. So he's not some sort of generational player in other words?
