Yup, and Jackson, Parker and Manu hit their shots tonight. That's the way we have to do it.

Utah actually beat the Kings to get it to 2-1!!!

Looks like most series barring Dallas/Portland will be fought tooth and nail.

Spurs back in control 2-1, got home court advantage back.

T-Wolves lead 2-1 with game 4 starting in a couple of hours...big game.

Spurs vs Suns is now 2-2 after Jack Voskhul. Yes - Jake Voskhul scored the game winner. Unbelievable.
From all accounts the Suns played great D and we played pathetic down the stretch. The game on Wednesday (I think) will be a cracker.

Portland got up easily over the Mavs. Zach Randolph came up big.

The West has been great in the playoffs with some very competitive and entertaining series'

I'm pretty awestruck. We were down by 10 in the last quarter when I last checked, before having to actually do some work at my place of employment. I'd given up. Now, well, I'm all :D

Parker again did well, though really cooled off in the second half. Our shooting was under 40% for the better part of 3 and a half quarters of basketball. Keeping Jackson out of the contest was important, though Bowen got away from us.

Stats seem to indicate it was a dreadful game, with the teams shooting 40 and 41.8%, committing a combined 52 fouls, and making a combined 42 turnovers. But it also seems to be one awesome series. Go Suns!!!

Lakers escaped with a hard fought win. T-Wolves has an 11 point lead with a couple of minutes left in the 3rd but then they let the Lakers get the last 8 points of the quarter, then Kobe opens the 4th with a 3 and it's all tied up. From their it was a dog fight but Shaq was just unstoppable!

34 points and 23 rebounds!!

Hudson is continuing to come up big, scored another 28 points to go with 4 boards and 4 assists. If he can continue to play like that then the Pups may get up??

Game 5 is huge, as it always is with a series tied at 2-2. The winner has a game in hand so to speak, they can afford a loss...the loser faces elimination from then on! It's in Minny so Im hoping the T-Pups can push the Lakers against the wall and make them face elimination!

Could you believe Voskuhl??? lol... Talk about the unexpected??

Voskuhl and game winner in the same sentence, right in Duncan's mug too :D

Im so torn in this series. I like Marbury and I love an underdog but I know the Suns will have nothing if LA get by the T-Pups. But I want LA to lose and I know the Spurs have the better chance to do that.

Wolves best win game 5 if they want any chance of advancing. There is no way the Lakers will let game 6 slip.

Game 6 at home...if LA are up 3-2 it would be all but over...the game starts soon, well in about 10 hours. GO PUPS!!!

And on another note, Sactown beat up on the Jazz to take it to 3-1 and head home for game 5 and should really wrap it up. Bit of media after the game saying that the famous duo of Stockton and Malone have played their last game together in Utah.

Nobody really knows what Stockton is going to do but everyone knows that Malone is looking to sign with a contender.

Lakers are up 76-58 with six minutes left in the third. Fisher is doing the damage this time with 19 points including 4 from 5 from 3pts land.

Unfortunately looks that way. Weakass Wally has been a non factor. KG needs more help.

Wally has been ****house. Was the reason the Wolves nearly lose game 3 and then today kept turning the ball over early.

All the Lakers starting five played 35mins+ with Shaw playing 24 and Madsen 15. Everybody else had 6 or less, which suggests that maybe the Lakers are worried about their depth and could struggle when they come up against stronger opposition, like the Spurs and Kings. Fox maybe a bigger loss than expected.

Thank god for that!
Another close game for the Spurs, but thanks to some Malik Rose magic, as well and Tim and David putting in, we got through.

Marbury looked pretty restricted in his movements and Parker and Claxton were very good.

Stephen Jackson's tendon in his foot in concerning. We can ill afford to lose his energy, because as we saw, Steve Smith can't cut it as much as he used to.

Was a must win game for the Spurs, and we came through. Phew!

Can't breath too many sighs of relief yet, because the next game is a biggie.

What's even more pleasing. WE HIT FREE THROWS!

Keeping Jackson out of the game for the 2nd half was just precautionary so he could be right for game 6, I believe.
Action Jackson!:p

Geez...the Pups at home and all they can do is bend over and take it up the a......

A 30 point loss shouldnt happen to a playoff team. The T-Wolves should be good enough to at least keep it under 20 but they were just blown away. I really feel for KG and if I was him I would ask to be traded. Because the Pups management havent done enough to surround him with talent. Hudson, Wally and Rasho are not good enough support players. Wally is just about the worst All Star ever.

The Suns I thought were fantastic, down 24 in a hostile arena with their best player clearly injured and they fight all the way back to being 10 points down. But then the Spurs steady and get it back out to 19. I think the Suns are definitely done now, but again they rally and cut the deficit to as close as 6 points!! Before finally going down.

If Marbury is right for game 6 I wouldnt put it past them to push the series to 7 games.

Bad news for Suns, Wolves fans though. 83% of teams that win game 5 when a series is locked at 2-2 go on to win the series. Not good odds.

Yeah, but apparently 17% of teams who lose game 5 when the series is at 2-2 DO go on to win the series.

Not bad odds.

Kings are through 4-1 vs Utah.
Possibly the last time Malone and Stockton play together, they were taken out with about 5 mins to go and got a lengthy standing ovation. Malone is still taking about joining a contender to get his ring. Portland came up BIG against Dallas to pull it back to 3-2, Pippen retured and played a decent role in the win. They still believe... Kings will be sitting back hoping Portland bang them up a bit...Dallas i think will still get through, but it's good to see the Blazers pushing them.

This is the year of the Kings. Peja is in great shooting touch. Webber is just being Webber and Bibby, Jackson, Divac and co are playing some pretty good basketball.

Go Kings!!!!!!

Predrag Stojakovic you are a star.:D

Lakers cruised past the Wolves 101-85. It was Jackson 25th consecutive Finals Series Victory and 13th as a Laker. Very impressive.

Bring on the Spurs.
