Well, our season is now well and truly done and dusted.
Once our leaders started talking rebuild after round 2, it was always going to make for a somewhat non-eventful (forgettable) year for the club.

So, what footballing related things have we to look forward to from here on in, until the start of next season?

I'm not thrilled for the Trade period as I feel we have more to lose than we have to gain.

If we know that Weitering will be our pick #2, it takes away some intrigue of the whole thing.
Would love for us to reel in an excitement machine or two but this draft seems to be short on explosive talent. Burton maybe?

Pre-season for me. Just want to see the likes of Byrne, Boekhorst, Jaksch, Sheehan, DVR and Smith clock up their ratings................along with the 8 or so new faces coming into the club.

In the short term Bolton getting down to work, meeting all the players finalizing the list, and hearing a bit more fom him.

Look forward to preseason with a fit 40 players, 5 of which are new first round draft picks.

MLG eating Turkey at Xmas.

Suspect the trade period is if not unpleasant, going to be stressful and uncomfortable.

Need an option for 'Harker's preseason reports'

Thanks Space Cadet
The boys sure look good when there's little pressure on them..........wish we could play football like that all the time :)

Unfortunately Malthouse kicked us out a couple of times last year, so most of the concentrated drills were a closed-shop affair.
Bolton may be a little more lenient because I really want to see how far our 2 Irish lads have developed.
Sheehan was flying last year just to be struck down with injury before playing a game and Byrne didn't last long either....damn.
