I work in a warehouse that supplies businesses and schools with stationery, catering, janitorial, office furniture, etc - it's marketed as a one-stop supply solution, where you can get just about anything, and if we don't have it, we'll get it.

It ain't always that easy though .

Staff turnover is very high, so after about a year I'm one of the senior personnel despite starting at the bottom.

Job description (in order of importance) :
pick orders, pack orders, quality control, staff training & supervision, rolling stocktake & inventory management, warehouse planning, stocktake and operations co-ordination team.

No two days are the same, except the shit money!

Darky exactly how high is the staff turnover at your work? Since i have been at this place since November i have counted 15-20 people leaving already. The team is only made up of about 25 at tops! Found it extremely high but maybe it is normal i dunno?

Supagirl your location cracks me up Knox is the biggest whole and on the last 2 occasions i have gotten into fights there...all Knox people r scrubbers!!!!!!!!
