What makes me sick to the guts!

It just annoys me no end when disgruntled collingwood supporters who feel angry with our loss find it necessary to bag out their own team. What do you guys think?

It’s not a matter of bagging out our team, but some questions need to be answered by the club, we like every other club can be criticised about our year and performance. Were you happy with GF DAY? I wasn’t and some of our players have a lot to answer.
When you sit there for 22 weeks plus finals and then you watch your team play like that, it hurts to see.

That’s what the off season is for, to get over it

I agree we have every right as paying members of the club to be disapointed. But constructive criticism is ok for sure but how do you bag someone for something you have never been able to do your self

i agree with wat droche said, the club has got some answering to do since GF day....especially mick malthouse, cos some of the moves he made u had 2 question
i mean not only did they let themselves down at the end, they let us supporters down 2...

Depends what you mean by bagging? I mean, I love Collingwood almost more than life itself BUT the performance (or lack thereof) I witnessed on GF day was atrocious!

I am a Legends Member and pay a schitload of money to the Club each year to have that membership (like a lot of others) and I guess my point is that I contribute to my club, by shelling out almost $800 per year for the membership alone and if you want to throw in an extra $300 or so for functions etc...

So...I am trying to say that if I want to pay out on certain players then I believe that I am entitled to do so. And I did do, more so out of anger and frustration than anything else. But I never really do it publically, that I can't handle. And in places like this site and at work, when you get every other smart ass carrying on, I am very quick to defend them, but the GF performance was so bad that I struggle to find anything to defend.

I think the boys deserve to cop a bit of a spray for GF day, and I'm sure they have, the Lower Plenty hotel incident was testimony to that

Let's not forget how much money they are paid to perform. As professional athletes they should have been able to cope a lot better. I know everyone in any industry has bad days but sheesh...Why oh why do they always have to have a bad one on this particular day?

That’s the disappointing thing; in most of the speeches they leave the fans till last. Wife’s girlfriends ect half of them don’t even follow football let alone the club.

I too pay my legends membership + Finals + $$$$ and I don’t make the best wage in the world. This club to me is like a religion and I wish we could be told why something’s happened on GF DAY.

I agree guys and I would like answers as well, and yes I to like yourselves pay considerable money to the club, which I probably cant afford but what can I do they are my passion. All I am saying is be constructive and for sure pull the game and the players efforts, or lack there of apart but why do we need name calling and stuff like that?

What you call bagging someone else might call constructive idea's.
Who's to say who is right or wrong.

What I am saying Murray is calling someone an F--K--G idiot or a useless prick is just name calling, and how can you say someone is useless if he has been fine all year and has one bad game

The "one bad day" was the grandfinal, centre stage, the ultimate test....and our young blokes were intimidated. Unfortunately the one bad day cant be grand final day or its gonna be heartbreak.

But they are kids, I'm willing to give them plenty of chances. Eight linuo changes from one grandfinal to the next is pretty big.
