Get her to pay half, its not your problem you got backed into. But backin into her, would put her almost in your position, and if you don't like being in your position, its not all that fair to put it back on her. it doesn't really solve anything.

Spidey, she should have stopped and checked for damage, that's true. But didn't you say in an earlier post that you have hit someone coming out of your driveway and you didn't own up? You've done it too, now it makes you angry that someone else tried to do it to you.
Also if you are so worried that all the dents in your bumper make you look like a bad driver, why haven't you bothered fixing it before? Or maybe get your mum to pay for it, seeing you reckon she's the one who caused them?
What I don't like, is you can't see if this woman has done any damage to your car or not, yet you are quite willing to let her pay for it all!

I am NOT willing to let her at all bee but its an option when u have an accident you are presented with these option hence the exchanging of details when it happens.

yep i have hit someone and not owned up they are not innocent like i was though they are breaking the law in overlapping our driveway and causing a danger to other drivers passing them or trying to get out.

the dents were put in the car before it was handed down to me by my parents. i have spent a lot of money on it to already fix damage that they caused whilst driving it. When the main dint in the bumper bar was done my mum used the money that the man who hit it gave her for something else..probably her face lift

If you are trying to get money from her to fix what you did previously, then it's wrong.

damage to under panels cant be seen from outside, so a panel beater has to evaluate it and they dont work for free so a claim is needed. if any damage has been caused it is entitled to be repaired and since they dont specifically sell "pre-dented" bumper bars a new one may be needed.

leave it up to the panel beaters thats what they get paid for

true, like the dent in the petrol tank from the last fool that backed up our arse

they'e just lucky i still have 16,000 more $ to go before i get my beamer
