For a rebuilding team they would be simply crazy to let him go. They desperately need young players with experience, as they bring in a bunch of young players with no experience.

They also need to block phone numbers of anyone from the entire North Melbourne organisation.

Pure rumour based off some off-field scuttlebutt (scandal thread has stuff on it and I don’t want to repeat it) and his family being mad north supporters.
