What single thing during this season angered or dissapointed you the most?
For me it was the Sydney game. After all the shit that went down last year with the pink birds and what happened to our club in part because of Tippo and The Swans, I expected our team to hit them hard. I expected them to take the Sydney personally and fly the flag for us, to give us some pride back. Instad they were gutless, weak, pathetic and showed no love for the club or its supporters.
My lowest part of the year.

My inital thought was Tex but injuries happen and are out of your hands, however poor attitude and no care from the player group was far more disturbing to me.

Tex Getting injured.
The light training drill for Sydney that was supposed to be a game against us.
Getting overran by Collingwood, West Coast and Port (twice... Especially the second time)

Not sure how anyone could claim that. Our finishes have been poor, and maybe there is something wrong mentally there, but our attitude in face of adversity has been fantastic. I've never seen a Crows playing group as hurt after that last Showdown loss in any regular season game, it crushed them. The fact they came out and beat a good side the week after is credit to their attitude and determination to not give up on the season.

Sure, plenty of shit to pick out this year, but this isn't one of them.

It's a tie between the Carlton match. Any faint hope of getting back on track went with Tex's knee.

My other road trip was to Freo and I ended up watching the game on delay from a bed in the Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital.:(

Yeah it has to be Tex's injury. Hes such an iconic figure at our club and everyone loves the guy to death. knowing we had already lost tiprat and now had to face the remaining 18 rounds without our beloved texan ranger was possibly the worst thought ever. I genuinely felt sick not from the vision of his injury, but from not being able to watch him single-handedly tear apart team's defenses this season. Not to mention the fact that he was on fireeee before he went down and looked in for a big one :(

I remember also when tex when down, the whole team looked like they'd just been shot. no one could believe what had just happened. Blaming that loss purely on tex going down haha. The team was heartbroken....

Letting the first Showdown slip was probably it for me. That was the point where it became obvious to me that our miserable preseason form wasn't just a "blip", and that we were in for a long year. From there things seemed like they might improve until the Fremantle and Sydney losses where it became apparent we were no chance this year.

Can I say this one?

Like some people, Jenny in particular, I was very confident that we had no guilt or issues in the Tippett scandal. I mean, we've been a very professionally run club for so long and Trigg and Chapman were coming out saying all sorts of things.

It probably wasnt up until the last ten days before the penalties were announced and then when we said we'd forgo draft picks until I got worried / pisd off. Then on the day when they officially announced what had been done I was gutted.

I still don't believe it was a clear cut as the AFL have announced with a "signed agreement" but as I said elsewhere, when you are judge, jury and executioner it doesnt really matter. Regardless, I am very very angry that the club is even anywhere near all those sorts of problems.

Tex also. By that stage I was already a bit iffy about the direction our season was taking. Once the injury was confirmed I think I lost any realistic hope for our prospects.
Just the one player in the entire squad we didn't want to lose.
