how do you know that about the top league?
would u be able to tell me how many of that league started just before the league deadline (after round 3)?

Yeah I'm playing in the top league...currently first in it but its tough...

We all started before the first round and take it pretty seriously, we actually managed to be the top league last year as well but I got knocked out early in the finals.

After reading the thread I checked last night and we too have 8 people inside the top 1000 and 3 inside the top 100....you should be able to see us in the rankings, all teams are named after a Simpsons character (requirement of entry into league )

I haven't even conceded 10,000 points yet in my crummy League.

9721/7 = 1389 points against per round. I have a percentage of almost 140%.

I have 12,890 against me but I am lucky enough to still be on top. I won the last game by a point (1965 v 1964) to the guy that was second.

This week I have the guy that moved into second...hopefully it won't be that close.

I get luckier by the week, my opponent who has been scoring the highest just about every week was missing a couple of players, which allowed me to beat him on the weekend. I love this game

This year of my two losses, they've been against guys who usually post 1200. Both times they hit 1800 and I was under 50 behind. I'll easy make the 8 though and I think I have way more trades than anyone else left. But this is my first year, so I'm pretty excited for next year's comp already.
