Will be the first indigenous player at the club to reach the milestone. :thumbsu:

Bailey had this to say about his chances of getting up for the game:

After the game [last round], there was certainly a degree of concern about his hamstring, but all of the tests that he's been doing – the strength tests that we put him through post game and 24 hours afterwards – he's actually a little bit stronger," he said.

"This is a good sign for Matty and a reassuring sign for us. We'll give Matty right up until the last minute of the game.
That's all fair and good.

As for this...
"We've got to make sure that we don't just pick him and put him on the bench and then not play him – you've got to be able to contribute to some degree."
Hope you are just feeding the media lies Dean.

Get him out there.

The only thing that would be stopping Bailey playing him is how horrible we were against Richmond in round 22 last year. It was probably his most embarrassing day of coaching.

But Wheels deserves it, and to not give it to him if he was anywhere near fit would just be cruel and unusual.

If he's too rooted to run then park him in the square a'la Wheatley against Geelong in the '05 finals.

Actually park Wheats down there as well. He got a couple of goals that day, may as well relive the glory one last time in an 'all-retirement' forward line.

Bate's out so there's spots open for novelty selections.
