If you haven't used it in a while, then you definitely need to upgrade to a newer version. Newest version out via the dev channel is 2.0.169.1.
Download this: http://chromium.googlecode.com/files/chromechannel-2.0.exe and change the channel to 'dev'
Then restart Chrome. Click the spanner/tools menu and then 'About Chrome'. It will check for updates and find 2.0.169.1
Works fine for me. Just uploaded something about 5 minutes ago. Try emailing the dev team or somethingThanks for that, but still no good unfortunately. When I click the link to the image I upload, I just get the broken image icon instead. When I copy the URL and paste it in Firefox it comes up as it should.![]()
Version 2.1 was the first Wide Release in December 1996.When did Opera first come out? Feels like I've been using it for about six years now.
IE8 is out!
I use Firefox because of the AdBlock add-on, and just recently discovered the Speed Dial add-on which lets you replicate the feature in Chrome/Opera where your favourite sites get thumbnailed on your homepage and you can just click on them.

Just installed the speed dial add-on. Looks alright, but I gotta say the thumbnail generation seems a little dodgy. Any way to get it to take a thumb of the whole page, or at least whats above the fold? I have superfooty on there and all I get is basically a thumb of the header part of the page. ATP Tennis website looks messed up too, for some reason the flash elements don't show in the thumb.
I prefer logos over webpages for Firefox.I must admit Chrome and Opera do it better, but I guess in Firefox Speed Dial you could manually print screen a webpage, resize it down so it doesn't distort, then press Edit on the Speed Dial window and tick Make Image From... (image location).
That's true. Safari 4's Speed Dial is very well designed and looks greatI prefer logos over webpages for Firefox.
You can search for them under properties, advanced and then the magnifying glass, which will take you to something like this:

Chrome and Opera's speed dial / most visited solutions are amateur hour when compared with the Safari 4 Beta.
