It was Essendon, but now with all the crap spewing from Carlton supporters mouths, it's the blues by a long way. (I also hated the dogs because of the Libba/Knights incident, but i tolerate them now).

Carlton - the rivalry goes way back and is about to be resumed this season like never before.
Hawthorn - over a decade of pain inflicted in part by their arrogant yuppie supporters. When they kick a goal the crowd doesn't roar, it squeals.
Essendon - they don't know what real pain is.
Collingwood - nothing they ever do can change how evil that club is. Nothing.
St. Kilda - Frawley, Stuart Loewe, Baker, Grant Thomas and being flogged recently by such an incipent organisation. Pity we tanked in the final round - for the betterment of the club I know - but that victory would have been sweet.
West Coast - They've had it all their own way since they came into the comp and still act as if they're hard done by. Robert Wiley and Annear still hurts.
Port - they pretended they were millionaires all year and realised (after numerous assistance from umpires) that you can only go so far on a free ride. If that's not enough, one word: Tredrea.
Freo - no team has overcome more battling clubs at home in front of 40,000 morons with help from officials since Adelaide first moved into the neighbourhood. Victorians who support Freo should be rounded up and...

I think the reason hawthorn are rated so highly in the hate stakes is that they have so many morons on bf but if you think to the final quarter in a game and you look around a crowd and see more people you would like to see smashed.. it just has to be collingwood and carlton. pure unadulterated scum.
