why?

Being an AFL Member the AFL has always tried in the past to put the fear of
God (or the AFL) into its Members....by making you pay up so early..

They can barely get their act together by getting your card out to you,
yet they want to sit on the interest they make from all the money they
take in nearly before the last d@mn season/year is over...

(Part of my AFL Membership money makes me a Richmond member -
they sling the club I beleive)

Holding off is probably hurting the club getting my money quicker,
but the AFL is a money-hungry, inept organisation.

It sometimes feels like 3 ppl and a dog are running this massive corporation.
All smoke and mirrors...
