haha, that's the only game I've ever been to in Adelaide.. We won by 2 points if I recall correctly... I said at the time I'm never coming back to this ground again.. Glad they got rid of that dump!

yes, from SG. I was in North vs Port game in Melb few weeks back, wanted to buy boomer 427 jersey and luckly i didn't. hate to wear it if boomer plays for another club next year (and yes, i think he should but thats a different topic)

I'm heading down as we speak. Back-packing it from Central Australia down the Nullaboor with 3 of my 431 mates. It's been a blast. Onip is starting to annoy me though - hasn't shut up about the compound interest we could've earnt on the $6mil if we'd merged with Firzroy. He even started talking to one of the cabbies up here about it who seemed a little no more wiser. Dead-set. Let it go Onip. Just let it go. But now he's just bought a bag of apples & 1kg block of Cadbury Chocolate from the local IRA, I can see the next 3 hours are gonna be filled with talk that we should re-locate to Tassie. The guy is off his Saverio.
But we have been practicing singing "Never Tear Us Apart" so we won't have to look at the scoreboard for the words before the game. Just about got it down pat now with 10 days to go!!!! Does anyone know if you can hire a saxophone in Adelaide? I play a mean sax I've been told. Wouldn't mind taking one in to the game to join in the festivities.
Anyway, ETA in Adel is next Tues - gives me a few days to adjust to the time difference so I should be cherry right come Sat night in the City of Churches.
