Who is this guy?

I recently returned from a holiday in the US.

I saw this guy who looked like someone famous but I couldn't work out for the life of me who it was.

Does anyone know?

Would appreciate it a lot.

Pretty hard to tell from that shot. Could be nobody, but does kinda look like Richard Kind from Spin City.

Yeah that's who I thought of immediately when I saw the picture.

Although, I don't know what this Spin City thing is. I just know him as the hyperchondriac annoying guy from Scrubs.

He was also in "Mad about you" with Helen Hunt as one of their friends...his Mrs left him in the show and unusually he played a whiny divorcee....which in the picture above, whinging appears to be going on if you look at the man slightly right of him.

The guy on the right looks like 'Gilligan'?
