I'm trading Nathan Thompson from my forward line, he kicks a couple of goals but just doesnt score well enough each week. I am deciding out of the following players.

Brett Ebert
Brad Miller
Lindsay Thomas
Jack Riewoldt
Ben McKinley
Josh Hill
Kurt Tippett
Ryan Gamble
Leigh Brown
Steven Armstrong

I have 317,000 to play with, these guys fit the bill but cannot decide on a single player, anyways, vote away and help me out.

Cheers.

I voted Ebert, as he's cheap and coming into form but didn't expect him to have 60% of votes!

Honestly, looking at all of those options I would stick with Thompson until you can find a good replacement. Ebert will most likely give you the same kind of return that Thompson would. Ebert has also only had one decent score this year and that was against the Bombers so I would say no to all of those options.

I agree, all average options.

I mean gamble and tippet are great to have on the emergency bench or have one on the ground from the start like I did but no way would I bother about trading for one now.

They are purely cash cows or at best good cover on the bench for injured stars or a pinch hitting 7th forward!

Agree with the above comments. I wouldn't touch any of those players for Thompson. It just screams sideways trade...alot of them backwards/sideways.

Stick with Thommo, or find the cash to upgrade him properly.

+1
Too late to pickup the rookies and the rest are duds.

I got sick of Thommo a couple of rounds ago and upgraded him. He's frustrating and I doubt he'll improve his average of 66.

Josh Kennedy is really cheap at $220-230k (will go up a lot next week after 3rd game). Av 75 in two games and you'd have to think his scores have a good chance of improving once Kerr and Priddis get back in the team. This would also leave you with $90k or so spend elsewhere if needed.

i'm thinking of trading hill for Kennedy, Hill has been scoring so bad, i will def get rid of him if he isn't picked this week.
