Benny and the Board, keep on suggesting they have the tiger army at heart when making decisions etc, so now that we are back to the future, i mean lets face it, how many ****ing times over the last 2 at least decades have we been at the point like this, where tigerheads are pleading to play newbies, lets see who can and cant cut it and forget about winning games, just develop young talent and win the odd one here and there and we will be ok, as long as we see progression and a steady build....Now why dont they just hold an extra ordinary refurundum with the 70,000 members voting what they want...if the vote is yes, go for the newbies etc..then they can turf any ludicrous plans of winning, because as Benny the imbecile ridicoulously stated, its all about winning, I mean that right there is pure and utter BS, its all about being winners and striving to become winners Benny, that simpletons view is shitting on tigerheads faces, but if the members gave them the mandate to build and develop and try out youngsters in the seniors then the pressure is off, all parties are on the same page and we go from there....

Are you suggesting like the club is, that the current regime did not have the okay to do as they pleased.
Never more so was a Richmond regime ever given so much freedom to recruit and play juniors.
The simple truth is the current regime thought they did enough to build a top 4 contender after just two or three seasons, when it was patently clear nothing could be further from the truth.

Personally i am over the cop outs. What chance do they have of turning things around if they cant even acknowledge how badly wrong they got things and now need to deflect blame back onto the supporters.
If supporters were influencing their decisions to such a degree when they had such freedom to act then they were never ever the regime to take us forward.

I really do like the OP,s idea
I find it somewhat galling that it can be laid at our feet that this is our ( the fans ) fault because we would not have been patient enough for a proper rebuild ..with out even asking us or telling us the truth .
It strikes me that this is exactly the way politicians behave .
And politicians never let the public have control or responsibility over things
So this is why they will never let it happen .unless there hand is really forced
Like a 50% drop in membership .

The talent spotting on needs based recruiting has been very sketchy from so called experts

I'll finish with this ..when I was in the army my seco said to me ..u know what an expert is ...well X is an unknown factor and a spurt is just a drip under pressure
At least if they did adopt this approach as the OP is suggesting then they could say quite truthfully to us this is your fault if it all went balls up
