I knew prevailing so much would come back to bite us, Gralin.

It was such a lovely time though

I'm sorry you are feeling so lonely my friend, hope my first Tube Radio track can cheer you up.

Good evening Pugsley, fun piece of trivia for you that song was written after our very own Headless toured with Imagine Dragons a few years ago.

Here's one of his earlier tracks, arguably an even bigger commercial success

I know this wasn't a song selection but given the fact we're talking about lessons this next song from my playlist is extremely educational

That's a really nice song, I enjoyed listening to it very much so thanks for sharing.

The only thing I could think of that would make it better would be a choir, like in this next song from my playlist

Do you know who is also a freak of nature? The subject of the next song on my playlist.

Ah Britney, such a banger of a tune, and very fitting in this case as I'm about to do it again too

I'd never heard this song by Natalie before so thanks for bringing it to my attention.

Speaking of shivering, do you know what makes me shiver with

Quite the tune there friend. I've always had a soft spot for filter right from their debut Short Bus.

Speaking of Short Bus the first single from that album was Hey Man Nice Shot

Something you don't often hear Headless saying to his direct opponent, mainly because he doesn't give them many opportunities for nice shots.

So this next banger on my playlist goes out to the poster soon to be Season 36 ALL SFA Full Back, Headless

Great song, up beat, people wearing top hats in the clip 10/10

It reminds me of an absolute upbeat banger that I often feel the need to dress up to listen to, that's how high the standard in this next song on my playlist is

The stones, absolute quintessential rock band. The longevity of the band is only exceeded by that of the friend this song was written about.

Big footy won't let me put it in a single post

A magical song about a magical dragon, complete with the story book as well.

Stories from our childhood really are magical aren't they.

My favourite story from my childhood was one I was told every night before bed by Grandma Delon while I was snug in bed in our chalet on Mount Bueller.

It was a story of magic and friendship and a hero that always prevailed.

so famous was this story on Mount Bueller that a song was written much like the one you have shared above. It brings a tear to my eye every time I hear it and I hope that hearing it now might just make you cry as well.

Someone with a keen eye for detail might notice that you had already posted this exact song back at the start of the thread.

But I can understand why you liked it so much that you shared it twice, because that's me with this next song.

I know you didn't actually post the song Friday in this thread directly but as I mentioned this morning I was going to kick my playlist off with that song.

So instead I present the song I chose instead for Tube Radio.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I know you would have enjoyed Friday by Rebecca Black

Going early but going correct at least.

Happy Friday, I've been waiting for it all week.

Not as much as I've been waiting to share this Friday Anthem with everyone though.

I tell what isn't too much like hard work.

Prevailing. It's not for everyone, in fact its not for just anyone, but the one it is for, well, let's just say for them, they don't just go near it. They live it.

This next song on my playlist goes out to than man, the legend himself.

Headless

It has it all that song. Drama, emotion, costumes.

From the classic show Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

Fun fact when Danny DeVito was trying ti decide whether to star in Always Sunny, he asked his good friend and long time manager Headless what to do.

And do you know what Headless said?

Me neither, when I asked Danny he said stop calling me you stupid Muppet.

Great guy Danny, not often I meet someone I can look down into the eyes of when we're both standing.

But where was I? Oh yes amateur theatre.

I saw a great production last year at the Mount Bueller Cheese Room (no not that cheese room, the other one)

It was a story of drama, emotion and costumes.

I managed to track down the cast recording of the smash hit from the show and can now share it with you as part of my playlist.

Grav you evil genius!

Unfortunately for you while you were busy editing that clip together the Delons sent their most heroic hero in to rescue my poor sister.

He did have time to use your recording studio to send you our reply in song form though.

That is definitely the kind of music that makes you think.
Like when the flute kicked in it immediately made me think of the great flutists.

And my mind went back to an amazing jazz flutist from San Diego, which of course means whale's vagina in german.

Yes the great Ron Burgandy himself.

shocked will ferrell GIF

Such a role model and influence on so many.

A little known fact about Ron was eho taught him the flute. Back before he became a pretty big deal as a news anchor a young Ron Burgandy went on a pilgrimage to the slopes of Mount Bueller.

At the top of the mountain he found a headless Jazz flutist.

They recorded a song together and Ron personally mailed me the 8 track so I could share it with all of you tonight.

So please enjoy the next song on my playlist.

I don't know what was worse.

The resolution or the audio.

Either way it was like being on the NBN in Rural Victoria.

Not on Mount Bueller of course. There's something about the cheeseroom that boosts the signal.

Speaking of, here's a signal booster that has great resolution and audio.

You should live your best life.

I know I am sharing banging tunes with everyone in this thread.

Like this one

Or even just two

Good old Norm Gunston.

Do you know who taught Norm how to shave? Headless, reckon he did a pretty good job too considering he'd never had to shave himself ever.

Norm used to listen to this classic tune while shaving every day.

The sounds of silence.

Deep.

Not as deep as the concept of prevailing though.

I'll be honest I didn't get this one. Went over my head.

I bet I know someone it didn't go over the head of.

Here's one of his favourite tracks now.

A great rock anthem witha killer riff.

Back when ACDC were first getting started Angus styled himself off the most popular kid at his school who was also the best dancer and guitarist.

They begged him to join the band but he only had two true passions. Qooty, and prevailing.

Angus wrote this next song for that kid,.

Did you know the 9th planet is actually a head?

It's true, the head of a man who needs no head, no introduction, no help in prevailing.

But would like a nice tea if you don't mind.

Here's a song about that 9th planet.

I used to call myself a swinger. I thought it meant being a fan of this song but I was wrong.

Boy was I wrong, did get invited to some interesting parties though.

Anyway when I think of Mark Knopfler I think of this song and when I think of this song I think about those parties.

Parties where I first heard this next song.

Nothing is better than Steely Dan.

Especially when they were in their orchestral stage creating great tunes like this next track.
