I will stand corrected if Warnock was injured, but I thought I heard that he was playing the WAFL.
Why, why, why would you drop an up and coming ruckmen and give the job to Sandilands (returning from injury) and Gilmore (not a real ruckman).
This is not to bag Gilmore, I thought he was quite good and battled away in the ruck most of the day. But in Sandilands wasn't fully fit (as he clearly wasn't) then why play him?
I would have thought there was room in the team for Sandi, Warnock and Gilmore to play a bit in the middle. Big mistake by the match committee, I thought.
You can't blame the coach for how the team played yesterday, but dropping Warnock was a serious oversight. I hope Harvey has learned his lesson from this.
