think about it he was with geelong and couldn't take them to the gf and failed
then went to the crows and did the same thing but worst! i know he not the coach of essendon just lay off sheeds as he is not the problem its gary ayres cos of his track record of other teams he is just bad news for the club.

if you wanna replace sheeds who would you have as coach and why?
