The latter...mind you after a few good matches (both team and individual) that becomes part of the fun of the competition.

Just keep enjoying your time at Fremantle, Test Champs of 2005, One Day Runners-Up of 2006. Keep enjoying doing well, seeing yourself do well and if you feel like letting loose some pent-up ego join in, fire some shots, pump up your own teams tires.

I definitely used to think that I was greater than the game itself, I think it was part of my charm but when you haven't won a trophy since 2004 then well the old ego takes a few hits & you have to settle for just being the most influential player to play the game.

it is alot of fun, giving crap to others and bragging about ureself. btw i think eddie is doing a great job with this and we should be lucky he even bothers simming the games.

Fair enough, i will get into it more as the season goes i guess. By the "ego" part i dont mean pumping yourself up (thats the fun of online games and i will be doing that as soon as i have something to pump), just mean that some posters seem to think that the comp is made for them and any mistakes are directed at them. The latest Freo game had a bit of that.

ALso Dip and Co - nothing wrong with the team I put up - you could only argue that playing a bating all rounder was questionable and in the end he bowled OK but batted badly. I want to reward posting players.

There is no advantage but last time i checked it was against the BigFooty rules.
