Its a danger game this one.

I think its the first time we've been favourites for awhile.

Hawks will get a pasteing if we play like there is no tomorrow but
I cant see a huge percentage boosting win{which would be handy} given the weather forecast, however, Im confident we will win by 6 goals.

Jarmans due for a bag of 6 {in his last home and away game}

Vardy will probably kick 2.5....Doh!!
Bicks and McCleod can sniff the finals and are PUMPIN the ball in to some good strong leads

Nigel needs another big assignment to keep him up there.

When is Tyson Edwards gonna find his accuracy?
Will McLeod add another 3 brownlow votes to his tally?

S<IT, I cant wait!!

Go you Finals Fancys:eek: Fire em up ROOOOO!!

The reason why Crows are doing a bit better lately than they have all year:

1. McLeod has got his foot-passes right.

2. Riccuito has got over his breathing problem, and is now a major factor in games again.

3. More even contributions from all around the ground - Stevens, Johnson, Edwards, Smart, Hart, Perrie, Welsh, Shirley, Goodwin, Bicks, Jars - are all putting in.

4. Skill level is up.

5. Low levels of injury.

6. Confidence, desire, self-belief have all lifted.

None of these factors should suddenly dry up on us (I hope), so maybe we can hope for another good showing.

Even if Crows don't make the finals, they have shown enough this year to have shown improvement and (except for one week) we haven't been at "its still mathematically possible", so this year has been far far more enjoyable than the previous two. Especially in the light of pre-season knockers saying "bottom four" or "Ayres to get the sack" or even "wooden spoon". No matter what happens, Crows have given it to those knockers!

Looking forward to see how it all pans out, keep it going, guys!

The Crows are the form side and are deserved favourites. My mob were pitiful last week, it was our worst performance bar the Brisbane game.

We've had some great inclusions this week but that doesn't mean much, Hawthorn are the undisputed kings of late withdrawals. The Crows forward line has been functioning well but i have supreme confidence in our tall defenders. Jon Hay will probably get Perrie and Jade Rawlings should get Stevens. The guy causing me the most concern is Jars. Joel Smith (If he plays) will probably pick him up, i know Joel is a superb footballer but Jars is just so crafty..... :(

The Crows certainly have the edge in the midfield, no question.

If Rehn plays then Nathan Thompson (The fav for our B&F) can FINALLY get some game time at FF. Add Johnny Barker, Trent Croad and Aaron Lord and you've got sufficient firepower to kick a winning score.

At the end of the day it will come down to attitude. IMO Hawthorn are the better side, but Adelaide come in with the form. The Crows will be VERY tough to beat but i am tipping the Mighty Hawks by 10 points.

All the best.........ok, i don't mean that ;)

Cheers. :)

Woman's intuition tells me that we will play well and dominate all day. We'll win well and send even more shivers down the spines of Victorian teams. The magic of our first thrashing of the Hawks will continue !!
The park is sold out, so if it is Jars last game at Footy Park there will be many adoring fans to give him a good sendoff. Wish I could be one of them !!
