Assuming Kerr is rubbed out, do you think we will be coming into the eagles game as favorites?
Hopefully we won't be so then we will be good odds to back.

According to Centrebet we are $1.75 favorites to win. Eagles are $2.05.
All valid points, but we are playing without any confidence whatsoever. I would think that Cox, Kerr, Staker, Hurn and Hunter will all be missing from the side that got thrashed on Sat night. Add to that LeCras, Priddis and Mitch Brown missing from our best 22 due to injury and we are seriously undermanned (as well as having no confidence). We will also have 4-5 first year players running around. Honestly, if we get within 5 goals of the Blues it will be an outstanding effort.mmmmmm....???
Home ground advantage.... a pretty decent premiership potential list.... a team with a coach who has pride tatooed on his arse....
the eagles will come out snarling this week with or without Cox, Kerr, Hunter..etc etc

As bad a loss that Houlihan, Walker, Hampson, Thornton, Bannister and Hartlett are Kerr, Cox and Hunter alone are just about the three most important players in the WCE eagles line up. If these players are out we really need to thump this undermanned WCE line up.I'm pretty sure our list of outs is as bad as West Coasts so no excuses for them.
Swallow what? I thought I gave a pretty honest assessment of where things are at with us at the moment. We have no chance of beating you this Friday night (except if Cox and Kerr both play which is unlikely at this stage).Sorry Fly but we'd be nuts to swallow this sort of stuff.
I would add Priddis to that list as he is a ball magnet and would be taking some pressure off Kerr if he was playing. As bad a loss that Houlihan, Walker, Hampson, Thornton, Bannister and Hartlett are Kerr, Cox and Hunter alone are just about the three most important players in the WCE eagles line up. Fair enough.Relax. It's not your assessment (which was spot on) it was the danger that we should believe your conclusion re: the result. We just have no right to go in favourites against anybody just yet.
Are you reading this Tony Libertatore? If you don't win this week, you've got real problems.
Not only would our form not warrant us winning, there's nothing to be gained by winning. We'd be better off if you won.
Never too early to start - especially as this year there's a lot of competition for the wooden spoon.
