Will we be favourites?

Assuming Kerr is rubbed out, do you think we will be coming into the eagles game as favorites?
Hopefully we won't be so then we will be good odds to back.

Would largely depend on how some of their players come up. Guys like Cox, Hurn and Hunter are critical to West Coast.

All valid points, but we are playing without any confidence whatsoever. I would think that Cox, Kerr, Staker, Hurn and Hunter will all be missing from the side that got thrashed on Sat night. Add to that LeCras, Priddis and Mitch Brown missing from our best 22 due to injury and we are seriously undermanned (as well as having no confidence). We will also have 4-5 first year players running around. Honestly, if we get within 5 goals of the Blues it will be an outstanding effort.

As bad a loss that Houlihan, Walker, Hampson, Thornton, Bannister and Hartlett are Kerr, Cox and Hunter alone are just about the three most important players in the WCE eagles line up. If these players are out we really need to thump this undermanned WCE line up.

Swallow what? I thought I gave a pretty honest assessment of where things are at with us at the moment. We have no chance of beating you this Friday night (except if Cox and Kerr both play which is unlikely at this stage).

I would add Priddis to that list as he is a ball magnet and would be taking some pressure off Kerr if he was playing.

In reality we should win comfortably. WC are absolutely decimated at the moment, their whole midfield of 12 months ago is gone. Hunter injured and wont play, neither will Hurn. Cox and Glass boh carrying injuries. If we are so sure about our midfield having huge potential, on the wide spaces of Subi, Fev should get plenty, and Judd, Murph and Stevo should have a picnic.
