J-Mac will go and will be good for a developing team. He'll never be a star but he'll play a part somewhere else.
Caff to stay and will play 27 games for us next season pressuming he stays uninjured.
Toovey will not end up leaving. No other club will pay him what his manager thinks he is worth. There is something very fishy about this whole situation and i think Toovey is being made out to be more responsible for this fiasco than what he really is. I think however it is being reported in the media, dull that down about 50 pegs and thats how bad the situation will really be.
Tooves will play on but will not play every game next year, especially if Clarke gets his eye in. However, we need backline depth due to Davis and Johnson retiring probably at the end of next year.
I know everyone has a right to have their opinion but i have to pull you up on this
You think a fully fit Toovey will be replaced by Clarke who has not played AFL for two years?

Does that include NAB Cup games or a couple of drawn GFs?
I think JMac will be traded and that's it.
Let's say Jolly is unfit.
Wood and who for the finals??
We'd be hugely up against it. Well, you'd expect we'd be slaughtered there.
I remember Dawes doing quite a good job against Adeliade in a final a couple of years ago. With Nathan Brown back we could move either him or Reid to CHF while Dawes does relief ruck work. Whether we want to risk injury to Dawes is another matter ofcourse.
I'm surprised we haven't ( to date) sought out a Leroy replacement a bit harder.
The importance of dominant ruck performances seems to come to the fore in finals.
Our ruck and perhaps flag hopes, appear to be resting with Jolly and Wood.
Jolly is now injury prone and his knee sounds to be in strife...ho'd know for sure, but it sounds a degenerative condition to me, ie unlikely to improve significantly and likely to gradually worsen ( most knee conditions that are not ligament tears are degenerative, so just going with the odds here)
Wood is a boyish ******** who finally showed just a bit late this season. IF that improvement does continue, and it well may, then maybe he'd hold hos own in a finals series.
Maybe.

Options...dunno need to ask the experts...Hudson lured out of retirement, Hille, Griffen, make a play for Zac Clark, best in WAFL, just someone as I think we are very exposed here and this could seriously derail our chances.
We got mids coming out our arses, maybe one needs to be traded for a decent ruck option.
Ceglar and Witts appear another year away.
Thanks, he's probably the best option from what we have I agree.
Wood and Dawes in PF/ GF rucking...or injured Jolly and Dawes sharing the ruck.
I just don't think it's enough back up, in a pretty critical area, but maybe you've gotta run the gauntlet with these things, not sure.
The only thing standing between Ceglar and the 2012 Brownlow is injury.
CEEEEGGGGLLLLLLLAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!111
Apparently we are looking to put Witts onto the senior list in hope he can play out in 2012. I see him taking over Leigh Brown's role but probably more time up forward as the 3rd tall.I'm surprised we haven't ( to date) sought out a Leroy replacement a bit harder.
