good kick, good goal he did nothing wrong but you could see by his reaction, that it was out of bounds as he kicked it, look at the camera shot from behind the goals and its clearly out

The umpires are shocking. I don't care if I get seen as a sore loser or a whinger. If the umpires were any good we would of won, sure we had the chance to win it but I just want to say how bad they were. They weren't bad both ways, sure we got a couple of lucky ones, but the bulk of them went to WCE. 2 HOLDING THE BALL DECISIONS ALL DAY. Presti over Judd a free? Judd gets tackled taking on two players running 20 metres while being tackled, no holding the ball. Kerr tackles the ball out of Licuria's possesion, and has the ball himself but Lica gets pinged for holding the ball. I know this free kick doesn't matter but Pendles touches Stenglein and they pay a free kick.
WCE 28 Coll 15 free kicks. I think about 8 of WCEs frees were correct the others were wrong decisions fueled by the fact the umpires are so busy "cracking down" on new interpretations which change EVERY WEEK that they forget about the other free kicks.

The fact we couldn't bring him down has nothing to do with it, it's irrelevant. He had prior opportunity to get rid of it, not only that but he did have the ball and threw it.
All credit to WCE though, it's not your fault, you did enough to win and good on you.

Why do we get more free kicks week in week out? Because we KNOW the rules and we don't break them as often as other teams.
I wasn't at the game so I don't know if the ball was out of bounds... but who's to say we wouldn't kick a goal anyway?
Poor Collingwood, had 2 travel to perth twice in two years!!! Quit blaming umpires and accept the loss, they played really well and got very close to beating WC..

Yes probably, definately at this stage at least.
I think the reaction from panda was weird, surely you play by the whistle, I wouldn't care that it was probably out of bounds.

I had the best view of that goal as i was sitting directly in line with Wirra and the 1 foot of daylight between the goal posts. It actually directly on line all the way, but it took a slight bounce that made it go through. Got me out of my seat and pumping the air 
I couldnt tell if the ball went out or not. Happens so quick and Wirras body was a bit in the way. Wirras goal was cancelled out by Neons goal anyhow.

Totally agree and would like to add Embley taking on 2 players and being caught red hot yet another ball up.

It was out of bounds before he kicked it, not the kick. If you watch the replay as he drops the ball on to his foot it goes out of bounds.
However it was a bloody good goal and worthy of goal of the year.
This is a little whinge, more about the state of the game than anything. I only saw 10 minutes of tonights game and I walked away appalled.
