I know one game doesn't make a player but who wants to trade him now.

And I take back what I said about Belly, did a fantastic job today.

Ahhh go the Dees! I nearly forgot what a win was like, so good. Our 2nd quarter was fantastic, our backline was competitive, and all our players were committed, team effort. WELL DONE

yeah what he said,... I've been to every Melbourne game in Melbourne this year bar Easter and it was so good to finally have a win. All those who turn up next week for Liz's birthday match who haven't been before now, hang your head in shame.:mad:
 
I am not a Demons fan at all, but I do have a soft spot for the Dee's. I was barracking very loudly today, and was impressed with the win. Big call, but 8 isn't out of the question, but considering your start I think you'll probably finish 10-14. Good luck for the remainder of the season!

what did brian taylor actually say, i heard the post match stuff on MMM but didn't actually hear what he said. of course the first game i can't get to in melb is a win :mad:

What did Taylor say (I hate the **** and have for a while, he has something against us and is a terrible commentator)?
Oh man it's a great feeling, I know 1-9 is our worst nightmare but I want to savour this for a few days.
Now the season is gone, there are five games I want to win:
The QB
vs Essendon
vs Carlton x2 (Please please please thrash them)
vs Collingwood the second time
 
ugh, dunno about you guys but I had the WORST hangover yesterday and it was an all day one too. Didn't come right til about 9 last night...Expect to be even worse this week after the pies game!!
 
really was a sweet feeling. well done men!

Just shows what we can achieve with the talent in our side. Losing makes winning so much sweeter especially against a flag contender.
