Been dying to know, how do you actually do a spoiler?

There's two options depending on the look you want - please note this is based on how my iPad looks:

First option - tap the 3 vertical dots beside the paint palette & it extends as per the photo below. Tapping the mask will bring up the following in the text box:


It then looks like this when posting


The other option is tapping the 3 vertical dots beside the GIF search, and then tapping the crossed out eye gives a pop up box allowing you to give a title to the spoiler tag; you then type in as per above
