I recalled a distant memory the other day from when I was a youngin', my old man said a few times,

"If you dont eat, you don't shit. If you don't shit, you die."

Has anyone else received words of wisdom in their youth that has helped them gain an insight of the existence of being?

At my work recently we had the Prime Minister K.Rudd officially open the building. To cut a long story short i was helping organise the building to look in tip top condition along with other people. Most people were running around in a panic wanting to get everything spot on.

I am not a big fan a of K.Rudd and so wasnt as stressed as others, i was discussing with a builder on site how it wasn't much of a big deal after all he is just a person and his reply was priceless...
