Welcome to Work it out Werewolf!
As the name suggests, I'm not giving you any information, you have to work it all out yourself!
Ok so this is a new concept I thought of about a year ago and started putting it together. I've spoken to a couple of the regular players for their thoughts and some input to help balance it all out and bring it all together so hopefully it all runs smoothly but we may need to iron out some things as we go.
So this is how it goes. I am not giving you any information, so no one will know if they are Good, Evil or Neutral. They wont know if they have a role or if they are just a vanilla villager. EVERYBODY will get an individual PM to start the game, including villagers. There will be no Faction PM's to begin with, however this will come together throughout the game. Please read the role descriptions carefully as some have changed to accommodate the mechanics of this game.
To accommodate for the roles who may require two targets to complete their action, Manipulator for example, everyone will submit a first and second target in their individual PM. If a role only requires 1 target, only the first target will count.
ROLES
1. The number of evil roles is capped at 1/3rd of the total number of players (rounded down to the nearest even number)
2. The number of neutral roles is capped at 1 per 15 total players (or part thereof)
3. The number of good roles (excluding Flogs) is capped at 1/4th of the total number of players (rounded down to the nearest number)
4. The number of Flogs is capped at 1 per 10 total players (or part thereof)
5. The first Mafia role will be Godfather, the second will be Goon, the rest will be random
6. The first Werewolf role will be Alpha Wolf, the second will be Wolf, the rest will be random
7. The neutral roles will all be random
8. The first good role will be Vigilante, the second will be Doctor, the third will be the True Seer, the rest will be random

| Amulet | The Amulet protects from all night and following day actions. It will be randomly handed out at the start of the game and must be passed on before the end of the next day phase or it will be randomly assigned. The amulet can only be passed within a faction one time. If unknowingly passed onto a faction member, this will not count towards the total times it can be passed within a Faction. The Amulet will vanish at a random point during the game. |
RULES
Roles will be randomly assigned to all players. Roles will be communicated before the start of Night 1 via PM (Private Message)
Each day will consist of two phases, starting with Night 1 on Sunday 28th December:
Night phase (9pm – 9am AEDT)
Players with night actions will nominate the targets of these actions via PM during this phase. These actions must be bolded and clearly stated to be valid. Actions will not be accepted after 8:59am, whether or not deadline has been announced in the game thread.
Day phase (9am – 9pm AEDT)
After the results of night actions have been announced, all players will publicly vote to lynch one player during this phase. Votes will not be accepted after 8:59pm, whether or not deadline has been announced in the game thread. The player with the most votes by the time of the deadline will be lynched and their role revealed in the game thread. In the event of a tied lynch, there will be a multi-lynch i.e. all the leading vote-getters will be lynched.
VOTING
Votes must be in the game thread and must bold the player being voted. Tagging the moderator is required. You do not have to provide a reason for your vote for it to be valid.

OTHER REASONS FOR MODKILLS
- Failing to nominate a night action on TWO separate Night phases (explicitly choosing to not use an action is fine)
- Any communication about this particular game of Werewolf outside of the game thread, except for those that have an allocated PM group
- Any deleting or editing posts from the game thread
- Posting screenshots of BigFooty of any kind in the game thread
- Directly quoting any PMs from me as moderator in the game thread
