No, having Nathan buckley not play is not an excuse to be made this season, we shouldnt rely on him soley to win games anymore, I don't think he's the reason we won the games we have this year, its because we played as a team. we came back in the third but winning at subiaco is very hard. we lost because we didnt win the 1st quarter as we outscored them from then on, NOT because Buckley didn't play

No we wouldn't of, we needed another ruckman to help out Fraser, we needed Rocca fully fit, if he hadn't of hurt his shoulder he would have marked the ball more.
Buckley wouldn't have changed the result, if we were going to win, we wouldn't, West Coast had more energy in the end and held on to win.

It's stupid, we ran out of legs, how Buckley would have helped I would have no idea, Presti was okay, Wakelin was good. Shaw was very good, but West Coast were better and won good on them.
Judging by the the pace of the game he would've blown a gasket in 3rd quater.
Sorry Vanda I can't agree with you. When you have aging champs like Buckley & Hird, you have to look after them, it is better to lose one game, than have them miss a couple through long flights. I would be more than happy, if Sheeds doesn't play Hird here against Freo in July.
