You answered , I provided some balance that i felt was needed to the information you provided. If people are forming an opinion on something, we can't just give them all the good without the bad.

I don't have an issue with it overall, it's not as if the performer gets nothing out of it or they're coerced into signing.

We can argue about what has more importantance to TKO all day, money or control, but I think the last 12 months has shown both are of highest priority.

I hate TKO as much as the next person, but it's also worth noting that there have been "Legends" style contracts for over 2 decades, giving WWE the right to the likeness of the wrestler for video games, merch etc.

Taker signed a 15 year deal in 2019.
The Godfather has been on a "legends" deal since 2003.

So not really something TKO have brought in, they've just promoted a name for it, potentially tightened up some aspects of it etc.

According to a report from PWInsider on Tuesday, Michael Cole and Corey Graves will be the Raw commentary team beginning with the January 5 show. On SmackDown, it will be Joe Tessitore and Wade Barrett for what will again be a three-hour show beginning January 2.

I hope if they sign him they give him some matches. Felt like AEW dropped the ball with not giving him more ring time, he's a fun in ring guy. His style could also translate well. Just don't make him a punch line.

Yeah I meant more the problem I had with him in aew was they pigeon holed him to largely be a joke. But the guy can go.
