Really enjoyed it. Thought McAvoy and Fassenbender were outstanding. Did notice his accent going at the end of the film though. Definitely some Irish in there.
The training stuff was a bit cheesy, and it was a bit weird having the Magneto character built up as this dark murderer, and then he's laughing along at Banshee falling? Lolwut?
Apart from that it was great. Really sets up the second one. Although I kept thinking that Alex kid was Cyclops and I was waiting for something to happen to his eyes. Then when I walked out I remembered Cyclops' name was Scott.
Thought the guy playing Beast did a really good job too. Same with Kevin Bacon, thought he was brilliant.
