Doesn't mention the family sharing like we would of saw on the previous polices but it does seem you can sign in on any xbox one and use the cloud to stream your games. The main focus there is the repetitive use of the word "your".

You can still leave your discs with your friends but if you don't want to cart around a bunch of discs you can take your digital library with you. It will be a positive for some but nothing there is a negative.

You'd want to hope you could stream them, because if you want to access a title from your digital library on a different console then you're going to have to redownload it. With games starting to push upwards of 15-20gb you're at least going to spend a few hours waiting for it to finish. It's at this point where it's easier just to chuck your home console in your car and take it with you.
