The administrator may apply a lesser penalty such as a suspended sentence for medium impact offenses if there are mitigating factors deemed to be at play e.g. a captain self reporting.

If it's determined that JoshWoodenSpoon will cop the blame, I would hope that the mitigating factors at play (ie he delegated full responsibility for posting the teamsheet to myself) would result in a suspended sentence.

You make the change in the Squad Submissions thread. Penalties will take place against the listed captain(s).
