The way your guys (after just winning a flag mind you) ,
all took a couple of seconds to PROPERLEY thank the auskick kids handing out the medals .

It is a dying trend and i am rapt your blokes gave a little back ALL sports teams involved with something like that with kids should have a bloody look and take it on board it was the highlight of my day

The kid stuff was all class - but what a classy unit and club you have been all year (it would be churlish to mention round 5).

But I remember the 1996 Grand Final, the overwhelming sense of relief that we won, followed by the utter joy that the day had come to pass (too young to be there in 75 and 77) and bursting with pride for the gazillionth time when we sang our victory song.

From what I've seen it was the same for most of you - enjoy.

Well done Cats - surely worth the wait.

I was proud of the way the boys took the time to run a lap of honour around the ground and let the fans touch the holy grail!!! Proud to say I was able to lay my mits all over it whil Maxie had it.

Harley was all class as well. took the time to have a couple of words with everyone and even coped a smashed fence in his leg for his troubles
