I haven't eaten cereal for over 4 years.

Breakfast these days is usually one of the following options: yoghurt topped with oats, chia seeds, banana and raw honey; any type of smoothie (no dairy though); cold-pressed juice with some nuts and fruit; poached eggs, avocado, spinach on a piece of bread.

Winter I normally have a bowl of porridge and a cup of tea. In summer I have a bowl of Kellogg's Just Right and an orange juice.

Sunday morning it's a full on English until I feel like throwing up.

I used to eat milo cereal and rice bubbles in a combo. Wasn't too bad.

Now I'll just have weetbix on the weekend on the odd occasion

7-10 Weet-Bix plus 1-2 tablespoons of Milo(depends how full the tin is as a fuller tin seems to result in a higher heaped spoon) plus 500-700ml of milk.

Nutri Grain and Corn Flakes with Milo liberally dumped on top was my meal de jour when baked. Nowadays its an apple and banana cut up and mixed with yoghurt, to get the guts sorted. Hate getting old.

Do you have your own cow in your backyard? That is a f-load of milk per day that you are consuming.

lol Shell I buy the Nutri Grain to eat it as a dry snack too. It's sweet and crunchy, can't go wrong. It's one of those cereals that goes soggy too quick.

I like to mix a bit of Sustain with Weetbix or Special K. Then Strawberries, blueberries, banana, dates whatever sort of fruits I might have handy.

.

We need this:
“Oh the Crunch enhancer? Yeah it’s a non-nutritive cereal varnish. It’s semi-permiable. It’s not osmotic. What it does is it coats and seals the flake, prevents the milk from penetrating it.”

Haven't bought nutri grain for a long time tho. But yeah when I do- eating it straight out of the packet >>>>> in a bowl with milk.
