Played Rugby Union for the Redland Mudcrabs and for Ormiston College.

Never played AFL as a kid.

Sandgate. I think Jamie Charman may be the only ex-Hawk to play AFL. A few played VFL. Alex Jesaulenko captain-coached there after he retired from the VFL.
