Back in 1990 there was really cool Velvet Underground covers album released, with lots of bands, Nirvana etc..Really liked this one by the Screaming Trees..

Brian Eno put out an album earlier this year that has a really beautiful cover of I'm Set Free. Definitely worth checking it out.
