I'm relatively new to the NBA so here is my favourite NBA moment:

The crowds reaction (everybody going up as one) and the commentating is just perfect. If I had to explain to somebody why I love the NBA I would show them this video.

My second favourite moment is:

I remember the first time I saw this I was at the pub with some mates and it came on during sports tonight highlights. Safe to say everybody went crazy and I still cannot watch it enough (Tyreke, Tyreke, at the horrrrnnn!! gets me everytime).

What's your favourite moment?

Best Moment. First playoff series victory.

Best Commentary. I could start a thread of Kevin Harlin great commentary moments.

This is the greatest moment in all of sports. Not even up for debate. Considering all that happened before, and then after this game. Game 2 of this series, the once franchise savior, superstar Brandon Roy was the last guard off the bench. Behind Rudy Fernandez and Patty freaking Mills! He finished the game scoreless from 8 minutes. He expressed frustration with this after the game, and the team strongly considered suspending him for game 4. He quoted that he felt sorry for himself, and that it really hurt because he felt he could still help the team. Then this happened

He finished the game with 25p/4r/5a. An old school B-Roy statline. Game 4 of the Dallas series would turn out to be the 3rd last game of his career, retiring before the start of this season due to his knee issues.

wut?????

The Kevin Mchale clothes-line on Kurt Rambis in 84 finals without question, that was a series and championship defining moment :D

The Bird steal from Isiah and lay-up to DJ in 87 East finals was also special, esp for the legendary Johnny Most commentary.

The Malais at the Palace. For all the wrong reasons but still classic footage.

Pacers around 02/03 was dope, Miller, Artest, O'neal, Tinsley, Harrington etc. Don't miss Bender though. Although I think he had a solid finals series in those years somewhere.

Definitely not a favourite of mine but for Pistons supporters would imagine Tayshaun Prince's block on the Reggie Miller layup would be up there.

I remember seeing LeBron hit that fluke shot live on TV, wasn't my favourite moment though.

I have some favourite moments that were before I was born but I won't post them.

My favourite ones that I've witnessed are

Raw emotion at it's finest. KG haters GTFO.

Not just that moment, the entire 2010 playoffs. Rondo was exceptional and was the reason we got to the finals.

I've got plenty more but struggling to think right now.
