Yeah the one and only time I've played since we've been allowed back I saw a group of 4 and also barely anyone wearing masks. That includes myself, was pretty unbearable playing in a mask.

Yeah I just have it on around my chin for the most part, there is nobody anywhere near me.

My brother was nearly assaulted by an old fella because his mask was under chin on our 16th hole. lol. Did not help when my bro said...thank you sir for caring about my health.

Would say 80% aren't wearing masks from what I've noticed. Generally i will wear it for the 4 or 5 holes that have backyards backing on to it and up 9 and 18 that go back to the clubhouse

Most practice greens are closed and roped off...might change hopefully with the easing of things.

Its unreal...pro shops told not to sell balls etc. Just green fees and water and forced to buy stuff online. If you have to wait to get the essentials to play its just ridiculous.

I want to go for a fish. Tackle shops are closed so you cannot get bait. Crazy (Some servos might). I was thinking maybe I should order a block of pilchards online..wait for 3 weeks for the stinking rotted mess to turn up at home...then use the maggots on it to go catch some bream in the yarra. Crazy f#$ked up world we are in.

Apologies for the double post. Haven't got much time. My partner and I recently moved house. Happens by absolute chance to have a gate that backs onto the Edithvale golf course. Haven't played it yet. I want to become a member. Anyone here a member there? What are the fees? What is included in your fees? Never been a member before.

Edithvale is a public course. Do you mean Rossdale? I used to date a girl that lived in a street in Aspendale that adjoins the course. It's a members club.

Rossdale is not much chop (pretty flat and very tight - small parcel of land). They have very few members and have been in takeover sights of other clubs in the past given the value of the land.

There was a classic rumour a couple of years back that they were going to do a course swap with Capital so that brought in a few members but it never happened so I assume they left. I suspect it will be a pretty cheap membership if you join and if they at least have some type of practice facility it will pay for itself given you live next door.
