Quick nine at little Oakleigh. 6 over. 19 putts. Although didn't feel that bad. The ones on line stopped just short and did not put my chips close enough to get up and down. Solid and nice to have a hit again.

Peninsula kingswood today. Struggled early one but relaxed a reeled off some birdies. Cold but when the sun peeked through it was nice and greens became faster

I’m sure if you explained to the pro that you didn’t have a good round due to being sore they would let you play again free of charge

18 around GW public. 12 over 80. 29 putts (no 3 putts). 7/13 fairways....happy with that. 4 greens in reg ouch. Solid enough overall.

Brookwater is also a Greg Norman design in a forest. Anything remotely left or right is either lost or dead. It’s a fun course but I couldn’t play it every week.

Playing Brookwater is borderline torture at any time - let alone off the back blocks.

It's alongside Hamilton Island and any of the Barnbougle/King Island courses as the most difficult in Australia.

No way Lost Farm is anywhere near the most difficult courses in Australia.

You may be a superb driver of the golf ball!

Play it in a stiff cross breeze when your driver is not co-operating and you quickly become aware that on pretty much every non par 3 you are dead on both sides of every fairway.

Marram is a truly atrocious golf course grass.
