Guarrenteed to offend, but here goes.me and my mates used to do this when we played NBA live at home.then try beat each other.

C-Greg Ostertag-couldnt leave the big man out
PF-Samaki Walker-he is a dud simple,has feet for hands
SF-Austin Croshere- 6-10 couldnt hit the side of a barn from 3 feet
SG-Aleksandar Pavlovic(c) hello tragic:D
PG-Bryce Drew -Matt Maloney clone

Bench

Montross, Eric-if he wasnt injured he would be starting
Miller, Oliver-no need to comment
Doug Overton-doug lives!!!!
Wally Szczerbiak -t-wolves doing nicely without him
White, Rodney-has anyone seen this guy shoot?*shudder*
Bateer-I know this will offend
Turkoglu, Hidayet-playing terrible ball, 6-10 shooting 39%
Popeye Jones -ok not the worst but the ugliest by a mile.

Ostertag has had a career year. Very solid NBA centre now.

Interesting concept though, shall give it a go in a minute.

C - Slavko Vranes
PF - Steven Hunter
SF - Darius Miles (Worst player in the NBA. Possibly ever.)
SG - Lee Nailon
PG - Jamison Brewer

Evan Eschmeyer
Chris Mills
Wang Zhizhi
Milt Palacio
Eddie Robinson
Samaki Walker
Sean Rooks
Chris Crawford

Like jerry, i've put in players that i consider useless, rather then a strict "worst" team.

C- Joel Przybilla - A very poor mans Luc Longley. Very soft, mentally weak and a bit out of shape. Can't even make the Bucks active roster.
PF- Kwame Brown - Proof that as a GM, Michael Jordan makes a great player. Talented, but weak.
SF- Scott Padgett - Tweener who doesn't really do anything overly well. Remains in the league simply because he doesn't hurt a team.
SG Darius Miles - Once labelled the next McGrady, yet cannot shoot and has no understanding of the game.
PG- Dan Dickau - Great college baller whose game isn't suited to the NBA, too small and not strong enough.

Kedrick Brown - Touted as a superstar, however Juco ball flattered him. An ordinary player who has a poor understanding of the game.
Juan Dixon - A talent, but one that has the worst shot selection i've seen in a while along with a lack of PG skills for a guy with a PG body. Still cannot believe Jordan took him so high, given he was predicted as a second round pick.
Pat Garrity - Decent enough role player, but is a one-trick pony who lacks heart.
Raef LaFrentz - Garrity with a few more tricks. Unbelievably soft.
Jahidi White - Round Mound of, well, fat.
Luke Ridnour - Don't doubt the talent, but i just don't rate him. Expect the quicker and bigger offensive guards to have their way with him. Although Stockton had a fair career despite a lack of athleticism and strength.
Robert Archibald - Forward who has played 15 games in the NBA, for 4 different teams. Enough said.

My second 'worst' team.

C - Eddy Curry
PF - Tyson Chandler
SF - Scottie Pippen
SG - Jamal Crawford
PG - Kirk Hinrich

Kendall Gill
Corie Blount
Marcus Fizer
Jerome Williams
Antonio Davis
Eddie Robinson
Rick Brunson

and whilest im in the mood

My all-time worst side that I laid eyes on

C-gheorghe muresan- i loved him,he was so funny to watch.SLAM magazine used to idolise this guy.
PF-Jon Koncak-more of a center, but he was so bad he needs to be in the starting line-up
SF-Bill Curley-this guy was so bad.if u saw him you know where im coming from,i cant decribe him
SG-Aleksandar Pavlovic (c):D :D :D :D
PG-Matt Maloney-looked good for a season passing to sir charles and drexler, then went to $hite in a real hurry

Bench

Bryant Reeves-the "big country" remove the "o"
Bill Wennington
Brad Lohaus-who you ask?he was bad
Jim McIlvane-
Chris Dudley-great free-throw shooter
Harold Miner
Keith Closs-this guy was massive,no skills though

Big Country could ball.

His record is better then many other centres.

yeah he wasnt too bad i guess.he's just in there because he was big and ugly(and rich now)

is he still on the grizzlies books?

Big Country had talent...but he always came to training camp out of shape.... and it took him till mid season to get into shape. Also he was not a great defensive centre, he was slow laterally, however he was a decent offensive player (though he took too many ill advised shots).

I'll have a swing at this.

pg-God Shammgod-no shot, could pass a bit though
sg-Mark Macon-good on d, the spot is shooting guard which means making a jumper or 2
C-Brad Lohaus-had some ok looking stat years, for a 6-6 sg, not good when your a 7 footer, without the 3 ball skills he would have had a short short career.
pf-Stacey King-****in hell! he just wasn't lottery talent
sf-Buck Johnson- 2 OK years, went downhill. Decline was snow related too my knowledge.

Tag is having a very good year

And whats the bet you havent even seen Pavlovic play?

thought as much

I'd put manut Bol as a contender for worsy ever centre.

Was 7'7, and during warm ups pulled Harlem Globetrotter shots out of his a$$.

But built like a twig, and then shot from the field like Briquille O'Neal does from the free-throw line.

Worst, as in dud buys would be both Grant Hill and Penny Hardaway. God I'd hate to have them on my pay-roll sucking up all that cap space.

that is just blasphemy around here... :P

he wouldnt rank anywhere amongst worst ever center...
one dimensional, but with numerous shot-blocking records...
as a rookie, the second highest tally of blocks ever in a single season..

i doubt there'd be any other nba player who killed lions with their bare hands...
