Simpkin not play enough games in the ressies?

Simpkin only played 3 reserves games. Gaertner 7 (not sure how many you need to play or whether his 10 games in the seniors was too many).

7 is enough but they decided not to play Gaertner and Howard who was also eligible because they hadn't played in the reserves for a long time. they probably should have because Box Hill won by 100 points last time but Sandy is playing better footy now.

Great season for Ooh Aah, beig in the best players six times in the last 8 games (in the best 11 times this year).

Also Ross Tunga - maybe a big game player?

Wasn't much in it a 3QTR time (11.13 to 11.4) but the Zebs ran out of puff. Reckon Gaerts and Howie might have made a difference.

Think someone might have mentioned before that Armitage finished second in the B&F, and I note McGrath was runner-up in the reserves B&F.
