Can Brisbanes midfield carry them into the 8? Gotta be close to the best midfield in the comp with the recent additions

I like your ladder - top 2 is clear cut - even the top 4 - i agree there the best 4 teams

The sides youve got from 5th to say 13th or even 14th -i think you can raffle them - whoever gets the less injuries - wins the close games etc - finish higher up in that group

And i think your bottom 4 is definitely the bottom 4

Going to be another long year. Probably going to end up applying for another priority pick. Probably going to have it refused. Definitely going to have people speculate over Nathan Jones all year before he signs for a Hawthorn/Port/Fremantle.

And it goes around again.

Brisbane have moved from $11 to $7 to make the top 8 in 2015.

They are building a seriously good midfield.

Martin & Leuenberger in the ruck.

Beams, Rockliff, Rich, Hanley, Redden, Zorko, Aish, Taylor and Mayes rotating through the middle.

Just need to shore up the attack and defence.

*if they lose both beams and the player formally known as Barry'O
** dependant on losing dangerfield.

Even if we lost dangerfield we'd be nowhere near last.

He had an average year and we almost made the 8.
Also lost a ton of close games.
We're a middle of the road team with or without dangerfield.

you also won many close games with him in an ordinary year, without him you lose the close games and the close games you lost get further out.

What close games did we win?
Just out of interest what do you consider close?

Close wins: 9 pts and 15 pts
Close losses: 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 12 points.

Maybe get a clue before you comment
