I highly recommend watching King of The Nerds, it's currently in its third season but I binged watched the first two seasons a few weeks ago. It's not crass like most reality shows and really entertaining.
Also watching the current season of Hells Kitchen because after a full day of dealing with stupid bosses and even stupider clients, it's oddly therapeutic to watch Ramsay yell at people.
