Agree. As brutal as it seems, we'd be silly not to consider it. Lord knows our collective hearts could deal with less strain when he's taking shots on goal.

But in all seriousness, from a list perspective it makes a lot of sense. Especially if a young, talented KPP was part of the deal.

I never said your future was s**t, I was questioning the depth of your squad which is a perfectly valid thing to do given the absolute shellacking your VFL side had against ours a couple of weeks ago. The top end of your team is quality, there's no denying that, but that quality seems to drop off pretty dramatically as you move outside your best 22. Aquiring Trelaor would absolutely go a mile towards lessening your reliance on those few key players you currently have, but it seems like you're overrating your clubs depth somewhat.

We had 11 AFL-listed players unavailable, and our VFL-listed/top-up players are s**t. You had experienced AFL players like Young, White, Macaffer, Armstrong, Dwyer, Witts and Seedsman.

We have some very good players in the 18-23 age bracket, and only Maric and Chaplin likely to depart in the next few years. We're in a good place, thanks.
