Uruguay are underrated at World Cups, they took it right up to Georgia at the 2003 Rugby World Cup in the group stages at the old Subiaco Oval.

I was there that night, Georgia were on top for most of the match but then Uruguay found something in the 2nd half and came home with a wet sail.
