I completely missed that and no I don't. But my point still stands, our 4th quarters means something isn't working.

Our two primary fitness staff are Rob Innes (S&C/performance) and Damian Raper (physio).

They were in charge last year when we were injury free and a great fourth quarter team. Likewise 2021, where we ran out games in a way that belied how young the team was.

Before coming to Sydney, Innes was in charge of strength and conditioning at Richmond during their three flags.

Raper was at the Cats from 2015-2019 (finished top-2 in the H&A season in three of those years).

They know what they’re doing.

Sometimes s**t happens.

Pretty sure the LTI just means you have to miss a minimum of 6 games, and you can elevate a rookie in that period. But once that period is passed, pretty sure you can come back.

The Long Term Injury List no longer exists due to the introduction of mid season draft and the ability of Rookie Listed players to play senior football without needing to be elevated to the senior list.

If a player is placed on the Inactive List they are unable to play again that season because they are opening a list spot for the club to use in the mid season draft that they wouldn't be able to use otherwise. If Reid was able to play, one of Buller or Arnold would have to be delisted which can't happen until October.
